CEO and Founder of Barkawi Group
Karim is founder and CEO of Barkawi Group, established in 1994. The consulting entity of the group, Barkawi Management Consultants, was acquired by Genpact (NYSE:G) in 2018. Today, Barkawi is a holding company comprising multiple supply chain technology and operations firms with more than 1,000 professionals providing both strategic and operational supply chain management services. Karim holds a degree in aerospace engineering.

VP Genpact Supply Chain Service Line
Mike is SVP and Global Leader for the Genpact Supply Chain Service Line. Before joining Genpact, Mike was President of Barkawi Management Consultants’ North America practice. He is also the founder of Servigistics, a best-in-class supply chain software acquired by PTC Inc. in 2010. Mike holds a degree in computer science from Georgia Tech as well as MBA in economics.

VP Barkawi Genpact Europe
Dr Andreas Baader heads the Supply Chain Management business unit in Europe for Genpact Germany and is Managing Partner of Barkawi Management Consultants – a Genpact company. Before joining Barkawi Management Consultants in 2000, Dr. Baader held various management positions at SAP AG. Andreas Baader has a degree in engineering and a doctorate in aerospace engineering.
